You will require a referral from your general practitioner or other specialist prior to making an appointment. GP referrals are valid for 12 months and specialist referrals are valid for 3 months.
You can email your referral through to info@elginhouse.com.au or request your GP’s rooms to fax it to 03 9349 1635.

- Any relevant results
There is plenty of free street parking around the building and within the surrounding streets.
The closest tram stop is on Nicholson Street at Johnston Street for the #96 tram. It’s approximately a 3 minute walk to the clinic.
